I don't think "dummy" is used here as an insult referring to the reader - rather just note that "delete" is not a real function. But why one would drop the perfectly intuitive "delete" function, and replace it with an obscurely named "unlink" function, is indeed a mystery.

This note is offensive, nobody was born with build in knowledge of unlink, ... what an arrogance! .. ;-)
