Returns whether this object?s time succeeds the argument?s time.
calendar
The calendar whose time will be checked against this object?s time.
Returns TRUE
if this object?s current time is after that of the
calendar
argument?s time. Returns FALSE
otherwise.
Also returns FALSE
on failure. You can use exceptions or
IntlCalendar::getErrorCode() to detect error conditions.
